Working with R & Y during the Nailsea Refresh was a real pleasure; their enthusiasm to learn and do a great job was very rewarding to see, as was their 'one team' approach. The team were eager to get things right first time and their Shop Fitting expertise ensured the standard of finish was high.

The Refresh programme is a key business objective and can be complicated due to the inclusion of new initiatives, however R & Y were able to adapt very quickly and ensured the programme was completed to the highest of standards, on budget and on time.

The store has been a success for customers, staff, R&Y and Tesco.
